Choose a Shipping Method

You can choose the shipping method you want on the Billing, Shipping, and Review page during the Checkout process. There are three main shipping methods to choose from:

Available Shipping Methods: 

Method 1: (DHL--- Online Tracking. 3 - 6 busniess days to major destinations.)

Method 2: (UPS--- Online Tracking. 3 - 6 busniess days to major destinations.)

Method 3: (FEDEX--- Online Tracking. 3 - 6 busniess days to major destinations.)

Method 4: (EMS--- Online Tracking. 5 - 9 busniess days to major destinations.)

Method 5: (AIR MAIL--- Online Tracking. 7 - 30 busniess days to major destinations.)

International Express: DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS
We recommend you use international express which is faster and safer if it's possible for you.

Air Mail
For some items, there is an option to ship your order by Air Mail. If your order qualifies for shipping by Air Mail it will automatically appear as an option when you checkout. Delivery times are between 15 - 30 days for all major destinations. Although the delivery time is much longer, shipping costs are much lower if this option is chosen. Order tracking and shipping insurance are not available with shipping by Air Mail. Please take this into consideration when choosing this option.


Some of our items also have extra savings on shipping. Look out for following stickers on our products:

Any products with the Free Shipping sticker have no shipping costs, regardless of location or item quantity. Delivery times are usually the same as standard shipping.

● Calculate Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the number and weight of items in your order, as well as the shipping method chosen. For this reason, the price displayed on product information pages does not include shipping.

To estimate shipping cost for any product item or combination of items:

l On the item's product information page, click the Add to Cart button . You will be then taken to your Shopping Cart page.

l View the total shipping costs for the items in your cart under Estimate Shipping Costs at the bottom of the page.

l You can also access your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Cart  at the top of every page on HOTOOK.COM.
Note: Adding an item to your shopping cart puts you under no obligation to order. If after viewing estimated shipping costs you no longer wish to order an item, simply click Delete  next to the item name in your shopping cart to remove it.

Return Policy      

Below is HOTOOK's return policy. If you want to return item to us, please read and follow the instructions. You can also consult us by e-mail hotook@hotook.com. It is important to understand our return policy before you send it back.
HOTOOK reserves the right to the policy listed below.

The item on HOTOOK has a one-year warranty.
This policy do not apply to the promotion items.wastage item.like battery and LED item.
The warranty policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear and man-made.
for example:customer take the items apart.change the version and upgrade and so on;customer do not follow the item insturction or other unexpected damages like drop the item into the water,vibration.get the scratches on the surface of the item.)

The item on HOTOOK has one-month exchange.
The exchange has to be submited within 3 days after the customer receive the parcel,taking the photo to illustrate the damage.We will take action of exchange or re-send according to the real problem.
(this policy do not aplly to the items has scraches,broken and missing accessory on the customers fault)
This policy do not apply the clothing and accessory. (clothing includes Apparel,Lingerie. wedding dress)

If the item are under the above warranty and return policy. The customer can send back the item with tracking number services.
Please enclose the problem of the item and customer's order number.The customer are responsible for the shipping back and resend cost.
